Table Bookings

On making a booking of 10 or more people a pre order is required of £5 per person. Payable over the phone or on booking site at least one week before hand or on booking.

A pre order must be made of tables of 10 or more. All menus available on the website. With the order being placed minimum 5 days in advance.

Saturday and Sunday’s table of 6 or more require a £5 deposit per person.

Deposit Cancellation Policy

Bookings with deposits cancelled more than 48-hour notice will be issued a full refund.

Bookings with deposits cancelled more than 24-hour notice can be held and transferred to another date.

Bookings with deposits cancelled less than 24 hour notice will lose their deposit.

Refunds are issued through our finance department not in house. Payment details will be required – name on card, account number and sort code.

Christmas Parties

On making a Christmas party booking at our establishment we require a £10 per person deposit on booking or one week prior to your booking.

The pre order for your booking is due a minimum of 7 days prior.

The deposit is non refundable from 7 days prior to your booking.

Christmas Day

On making your Christmas day booking a £20 deposit per person is required on booking

By November 30th the full balance needs to have been paid.   The pre-order will also need to have been received by the establishment.  If the pre-order and full payment is not received by this date your booking will be cancelled

From November 30th all deposits are non-refundable

Any booking taken after November 30th must pay the full payment on booking (non-refundable) with the pre order within 3 days of booking.

Country Inns 2026 Bounce back
